Holiday house Casa Arturo is situated in the area Tijarafe in the sunny western part of the island La Palma.
A beautiful green area with a pleasant sunny climate and many well signposted walking paths.
The house is built at the back of the owners house.
Casa Arturo has a private entrance and several gardens with terraces where you will find privacy and peace and quiet.

It is suitable for 1 or 2 persons.

A tour
Casa Arturo is surrounded by lovely gardens with trees, palmtrees, bushes and flowers. A walk from the entrance to the holiday house brings you along the several terraces which you can use during your holiday as a guest of Casa arturo.......

The first terrace is under the enormous palm tree of which the leaves almost touches the ground. It is a real experience just to sit here, to eat or reading a book. Opposite the palm tree is a second sittint area with garden fourniture. This sheltered terrace is partly covered and has views over a part of the garden and the roof terrace.

The large roof terrace has sun beds. Sunseekers can enjoy the peace and quiet in the warm sunshine.

From this roof terrace you have have a wide view over the area, the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains above you.

Further towards the house is another furnished terrace under
a palm tree.

And via this sunny spot with sea view, you will arrive at the Casa Arturo.

Accommodation

Casa Arturo has a living room, kitchen and bed room with en-suite bathroom.
There is a second living room with bed for a third person.

The cosy living room has comfortable fourniture, a dining table with chairs and there is a wood stove. In the kitchen you'll find a 4 hob gas stove, extractor fan, oven, refrigerator, toaster,electric kettle and a good selection of kitchen utensils.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x190M) and bedside tables.

The spacious bathroom has heating en you'll find a shouwer, washbasin, wc and bidet, hair dryer and bathropes.

In the 2nd living room are a comfortable sofa and chairs and there is Tv inclusive English movies.
This room joins the bedroom.

In front of Casa Arturo is a sheltered terrace.

Area
From the airport it is about 70 minutes drive to your holiday house. Tijarafe is a quiet and sunny nature area crisscrossed with marked walking-paths including a route to the viewpoint Torre del Time, where there is a breathtaking view over the west side of the island and the Valle de Aridane. In the village Tijarafe you'll find a bank, dispensing chemist, medical centre, internet cafe, supermarkets and shops, restaurants and bars. There is a Kiosco with terrace where you can enjoy the view, local wine and tapas. The nearest sandy beaches are in Tazacorte (20 min. drive) and Puerto Naos (30 min. drive) where there are also shops, restaurants and small supermarkets. Los Llanos is the closest town with it's old streets and squares, shops and supermarkets, and the popular meeting place Plaza de España, and is about 30 minutes drive. Restaurants can be found on the main road, Tazacorte, Los Llanos and Puntagorda. On Saturdays and Sundays there is a farmers market in the Mercadillo in Puntagorda.
